1. Acceptance
Welcome to Sudoku Master, a mobile puzzle game published by ElfAi Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sudoku Master application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement the ElfAi Technologies Terms of Service. In case of conflict regarding Sudoku Master, these App-specific Terms prevail.
2. The App
Sudoku Master is a classic Sudoku puzzle game available on iOS and Android. The App includes:
- Multiple difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard, Professional)
- Game statistics and progress tracking
- Multiple themes and visual skins
- Multi-language support (English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish)
- Optional Apple Game Center leaderboard integration
The free version is supported by advertisements. An optional subscription removes all ads.
3. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your country or region to use the App and make purchases.
If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Actual pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
5. Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android).
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple, Google, or applicable law.
6. Free Features
Sudoku Master is free to download and play. Without a subscription, you have access to all gameplay features listed in Section 2. The free version displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or related services
- Circumvent subscription, advertising, or access restrictions
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to ElfAi Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElfAi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Sudoku Master Privacy Policy and the ElfAi Technologies Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
