1. About Sudoku Master
Sudoku Master (SudokuMaster on Google Play) is published by ElfAi Technologies. This policy explains how the app handles your information. Contact: support@elfai.dev.
2. Offline play and optional accounts
You can play solo Sudoku without an account. Saved boards, settings and preferences are stored on your device. If you sign in with Google, Apple or an existing email/password account, Supabase processes your account identifier, email address, provider profile image and display name. Signed-in gameplay statistics are synchronized between devices.
3. Profiles and online play
You can change your player name, select one of 30 preset avatars or upload a profile photo. Uploaded photos are resized and re-encoded before upload to private Supabase Storage; original file metadata is not uploaded. Names and profile avatars are visible only to signed-in players. Your email address is not shown to other players.
Ranked games and friend races send game sessions, moves, elapsed time, results and scores to our server for validation, ranking and opponent updates. We store participant identifiers and invitation codes to run friend races. Online play requires an account; friend races also require Pro access for both participants.
4. Advertising, purchases and notifications
Google AdMob processes device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted by your consent settings, personalize ads. You can manage applicable ad consent in the app or device settings. The app does not request precise GPS location.
Apple or Google processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, purchase history and entitlement status to provide and restore Pro access; when signed in, your app account is associated with that entitlement.
If you enable push notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Supabase process a device notification token, platform and account association to deliver messages. You can disable notifications in app or device settings. Local reminders are scheduled on your device.
5. Providers and visibility
We use Supabase for authentication, data storage, private avatars and online games; Google AdMob for ads; RevenueCat for purchases; Firebase for push messaging; and Google/Apple for sign-in and payments. These providers may process information outside your country. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access controls protect account data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your chosen player name and avatar are disclosed to other signed-in players as part of the social game features. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and prevent abuse.
6. Account deletion and retention
In app versions offering Delete account, open Settings > Account, choose Delete account and confirm permanent deletion. Apple users may be asked to sign in again so authorization can be revoked. If this option is unavailable or you cannot access the app, use the email request below. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.
Request deletion of your Sudoku Master account and associated data. This page works without installing the app. The same option is available in Settings > Account.
Account and synchronized game data are retained while your account is active. A verified deletion request covers the authentication account, profile and uploaded avatar, synchronized statistics, notification tokens and associated online game records, including identifiable leaderboard entries. We also request deletion of associated data held by our processors where applicable. Payment platforms may retain transaction records under their own legal and accounting obligations. We explain any required retention and its duration in our response; we do not keep deleted profiles visible to other players.
Deleting the app alone does not delete a cloud account. Local saved games remain on a device until app data is cleared or the app is removed. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription; manage it separately in Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
7. Your choices and rights
You can edit your name and avatar, sign out, disable notifications, manage advertising consent or request access, correction and deletion by contacting support@elfai.dev. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. You may also request deletion of specific cloud data without closing your account using the same contact.
8. Children and policy updates
Sudoku Master is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We update the date on this page when this policy changes.
