How to Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by contacting us via email. We will process your request as soon as possible.

To help us verify your identity and process your request quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The product you use (décorAi, AiMusic, or PitSpot)
- A brief confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and account information
- Generated content (designs, music, images, etc.)
- Saved projects and preferences
- Usage history and activity data
What May Be Retained
In some cases, we may need to retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction and billing records (as required for tax/accounting compliance)
- Data necessary for fraud prevention or legal obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Please note that active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.
