1. Acceptance

Welcome to LinguaCoach AI Tutor, a mobile language learning application published by ElfAi Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinguaCoach application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms supplement the ElfAi Technologies Terms of Service. In case of conflict regarding LinguaCoach, these App-specific Terms prevail.

2. The App

LinguaCoach AI Tutor is an AI-powered language learning app available on iOS. The App includes:

• AI conversation practice with an adaptive tutor
• Pronunciation feedback and speech analysis
• Personalized lesson plans and vocabulary drills
• Progress tracking, streaks, and skill levels
• Multiple target languages (availability may vary)

A free tier with limited access may be available. LinguaCoach Pro subscriptions unlock full access to premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your country or region to use the App and make purchases.

If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions — LinguaCoach Pro

LinguaCoach Pro is offered as auto-renewable weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. See full subscription details for current pricing and plan features.

Weekly ($5.99/week) and Annual ($119.99/year) plans are also available. Actual pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your App Store account at the time of purchase.

5. Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

LinguaCoach uses artificial intelligence to generate lessons, feedback, and conversation responses. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. The App is a learning aid and does not replace formal language instruction, certification, or professional translation services. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or related services
• Circumvent subscription or access restrictions
• Share account credentials or resell access to the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to ElfAi Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI feedback will be perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElfAi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our LinguaCoach Privacy Policy and the ElfAi Technologies Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
